Keynote Address

For conferences, district kickoff days, or all-staff PD. A high-energy talk on the Great Bifurcation — how AI is splitting classrooms into those where students outsource their thinking and those where they're pushed to grow. Audiences leave with a clear framework (AI Engines, Analog Roots, Human Checks) they can start using Monday.

Typical length: 45–75 minutes

Workshop (Half-Day or Full-Day)

For a single school, department, or PD day. Hands-on training in the MasteryFlip Framework — teachers leave with actual redesigned lessons, not just theory. Available in-person or virtual.

Typical length: 3–6 hours 

District Consulting Project

For districts building a multi-year plan around AI and instruction. Ongoing partnership — needs assessment, staff training, coaching cycles, and progress check-ins over a semester or school year. This is the deepest engagement and the one most likely to be funded through PD or Title II/IV budget lines.

Typical length: 1- 2 years, with monthly or bi-weekly touchpoints.

Do you work with public schools, not just private ones? Yes — Jon has worked with schools and districts of every type, public and private, all over the world. 

How far in advance should we book? We recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks ahead for keynotes and workshops; consulting projects are best planned a semester in advance.
